Preamble

By accessing or using WhaleMirror (copy-whales.com) (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.


WhaleMirror (copy-whales.com) is owned and operated by Global Skill LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).


1. About the Service

WhaleMirror (copy-whales.com) provides access to publicly available on-chain blockchain data from the Solana network, filtered and curated using proprietary criteria, and delivered through a subscription-based software platform.

We maintain a curated list of Solana wallet addresses and display their transaction activity. The current list contains 26 wallets; however, this number may increase or decrease at any time at our sole discretion, without notice or liability.

All data displayed is sourced from the public Solana blockchain and is publicly verifiable.

WhaleMirror (copy-whales.com) is not a financial advisor, investment product, broker, or regulated financial service of any kind.


2. Subscription Plans

We offer three subscription plans:

  • 1-day pass

  • Weekly subscription

  • Monthly subscription


All subscriptions are billed in advance and provide immediate access upon successful payment. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing cycle.


3. Cancellation

Members may cancel their subscription at any time using the self-service cancellation link available inside the contact section. This is the recommended and fastest method.


Cancellation requests submitted via email or support chat are subject to a 24 to 72 hour response time and cannot be guaranteed to be processed before the next billing cycle.


WhaleMirror (copy-whales.com) is not responsible for charges incurred due to cancellation requests submitted outside the self-service cancellation system.

No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle.


4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. WhaleMirror (copy-whales.com) does not offer refunds on any subscription plan.

As the Platform provides immediate access to a digital product upon purchase, all transactions are considered final.


We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. This does not create any obligation to issue refunds in similar or future situations.


5. Right to Terminate

WhaleMirror (copy-whales.com) reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice and without refund.


Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

  • Abuse of the Platform or other members

  • Account sharing

  • Attempting to resell or redistribute content

  • Filing chargebacks or payment disputes

  • Providing false information at signup

  • Any behaviour deemed harmful to the Platform or its community

  • Violation of these Terms


All termination decisions are final.


6. Wallet List and Content

The wallet list is curated entirely at our discretion.


We make no guarantees regarding:

  • The number of wallets tracked

  • Frequency of updates

  • Continued inclusion of any specific wallet

  • Performance of any wallet


The wallet list may be modified, expanded, reduced, or restructured at any time without notice.


All displayed performance data reflects historical on-chain activity only and does not guarantee or predict future results.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform—including but not limited to wallet curation methodology, filtering criteria, data presentation, written materials, design, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of Global Skill LLC.


Members are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the Platform for personal use only during an active subscription.


Members may not:

  • Copy or reproduce content

  • Screenshot for distribution

  • Share access or data externally

  • Resell or republish content

  • Scrape or extract data using automated tools

Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.


8. Account Sharing

Each subscription is licensed to a single individual user.


Account sharing is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination without refund.


Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.


9. Financial Disclaimer

WhaleMirror (copy-whales.com) is not a financial product, investment advisor, broker, fund manager, or regulated financial service.


Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, nor a recommendation to buy or sell any asset.


All data represents historical on-chain activity sourced from the public Solana blockchain. Past performance is not indicative of future results.


Cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.


Never invest more than you can afford to lose.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept these risks.


10. No Guarantee of Results

WhaleMirror (copy-whales.com) makes no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness of any data provided.


We do not guarantee that any wallet will perform in the future as it has in the past.


We are not responsible for any financial loss incurred as a result of using the Platform.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Skill LLC, including its owners, employees, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

  • Use of the Platform

  • Reliance on any data provided

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you in your most recent billing cycle.


12. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use WhaleMirror (copy-whales.com)


By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.


We reserve the right to terminate any account suspected to belong to a person under 18.


13. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform

  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data

  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s operation


Any such activity may result in immediate termination.


14. Support

Support is available via email and chat.

Response times are typically between 24 and 72 hours. We do not guarantee resolution within any specific timeframe.

Support is provided in English only.


15. Modifications to Terms

WhaleMirror (copy-whales.com) reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.


We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via email or through the Platform.


Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, UNITED STATES.


Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Wyoming, UNITED STATES.


17. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct negotiation for a period of 30 days following written notice of the dispute.


18. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at Privacy.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
